KOTAR NAMED OFC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK…AGAIN
Hamilton, Ontario – Hurricanes’ Running Back Ryan Kotar has been named OFC Offensive Player of the Week for week 7. Kotar continued to put up impressive numbers against the Burlington Braves this past weekend as he recorded his seventh-consecutive 100+ yard rushing game.

19 rushes for 159 yards and 2 TD
Ryan Kotar, 3rd Year RB led the Hurricanes to another big road win over the Burlington Braves in a rematch from Week 1 in the OFC. The Mohawk College student had another huge day rushing the football with 159 yards on 19 carries and 2 TD's. The back-to-back Offensive POW now leads the OFC in rushing with 963 yards and 9 TD's. Ryan will try to lead the Hurricanes to their seventh consecutive victory and the Regular Season Title when they travel to play the London Beefeaters on Friday evening at 8:00pm at TD Waterhouse Stadium.
